我同意斯峰的意见 呵呵 钟哥 个人认为残压是用电流波冲击时的两端电压峰值 8/20 10/350 而限制电压是是1.2/50、组合波等的两端电压峰值
Measured limiting voltage:the maximum magnitude of voltage that is measured across the terminals of the SPD during the application of impulses of specified waveshape and amplitude.Residual voltage:the peak value of voltage that appears between the terminals of an SPD due to the passage of discharge current.可见，残压的概念强调了放电电流通过SPD时的两端间的电压峰值而限制电压却只说是impulses，并未提及是电压还是电流。
