一家美国工业集团公司,新业务单元刚进入中国,现在招聘华东区和华南区销售经理各一名 联系:david@urtalent.com POSITION Sales and Business Development Professional SCOPE Develop sales organization and achieve sales targets for Region LOCATION must be in the assigned region of mainland China; REPORTEES In-country sales engineers, distributors, agents and others as appropriate RELATIONSHIPS Reports to Country Sales and Marketing Manager SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: · Build a sales organization that supports the Strategic Plan AND employs the sales channels most effective for this product line within the Region; i.e. distributors, EPC’s, contractors, design institutes. · Identify and build strong relationships with appropriate government offices and officials within the guidelines of the H&H ethics policy. · Build and manage relationships with major customers and channel partners; both Chinese and MNC. · Build your sales channel partners into a Regional team that is the envy of all of China · Identify sales and sourcing targets in your Region that supports the product line’s strategy for China. · Achieve the Region’s agreed upon forecasted numbers for sales, profits and cash generation with good balance sheet control. This includes negotiations of good credit terms and policies. · Obtain quoting details like target pricing, quantities, engineering specifications and delivery dates. · Identify emerging customer needs, initiate product and market development in cooperation with the Operating Company. · Create awareness of products among the target industries by conducting company presentations and product demonstrations. · Scout and assist with finding future sites for sales offices or manufacturing. · Provide liaison services for all H&H Operating Companies that request assistance. · Provide input for Business Plans in line with the overall objectives of H&H Operating Companies. · Perform & develop supply chain strategies for assigned products/commodity market and meet cost savings targets apart from negotiating prices for components & sub elements. · Identify potential acquisition targets and assist in due diligence as required. WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED: Honesty, ethics and work habits are highly valued by H&H and are more important than experience. The successful candidate will be required to sign a form stating that they understand the Company’s ethics policy and a non-disclosure agreement. A candidate must be aggressive and driven to succeed in sales and business development. Ability to work alone and to be a self-motivated person will be critical to success. It is mandatory that the successful candidate:
  • Speaks and writes in English and be a native speaker of Mandarin. A candidate will not be considered without strong bilingual skills.
  • Has a US visa or has the capability to get a visa. In-country and overseas travel will be required. A current passport will be necessary.
  • Has a minimum work history of 7-10 years in Sales, Sales Management and Business Development.
  • Have solid technical skills.
We will show a strong preference for:
  • An Engineering or Materials Science University Graduate or;
  • Experience developing a distributor-agent-Rep organization and managing that organization for results;
  • Experience with earthing or grounding materials, lightning protection, and Cathodic Protection products;
  • Access to companies and/or government agencies in industries like
    • oil/gas pipelines,
    • LNG facilities,
    • telecom tower installation,
    • power sub-station construction,
    • Petro-Chemical plants,
    • railway signaling, construction or maintenance
